With more than 15 years in the medical field and over 10 years in leadership, Lynette has built extensive experience in healthcare operations, patient support services, healthcare call centers, and team development. Throughout her career, she has led teams, coached employees, conducted interviews, and supported individuals working to grow within the healthcare industry.

She also successfully helped build a healthcare call center operation from the ground up, including team development, training, workflow management, performance coaching, and daily operations support. That hands-on experience gave her deep insight into what healthcare organizations truly need when hiring reliable, high-performing talent.
